The weather is cool and the sun is setting early, but we're still getting together for our regularly scheduled workouts... just not in the regularly scheduled way. Grab your gear (running shoes on Tuesday and Thursday, cycling gear on Saturday, and running shoes on Sunday) and meet us for a great workout!!

NOTE: We will resume our regular Tuesday and Thursday cycling schedule on March 14, 2010.

Tuesday & Thursday / 5:30pm / SFA Forestry Building
The early darkness that came with the time change allows us to hang up our bikes during the week and strap on running shoes instead. We're meeting at the Stephen F. Austin Forestry Building (near the entrance on the Raguet side of the building). We usually run 2-3 miles (5K). Feel free to come out and join us!!

Saturday / 8:30am / Java Jack's
We meet at Java Jack's for a 20-40 mile ride. The Saturday route can change weekly, depending on what the ride leader has planned for the day. (A couple of the past Saturday routes are shown below.) If you're worried about being left in the dust, fear not. All rides are "no drop" rides, so no one is ever left behind.

Be sure to bring your wallet so you can join us for post-ride coffee and cinnamon rolls!!

Saturday Example Ride #1 / 19.68 miles
Regular Saturday Route #1

Saturday Example Ride #2 / 28.63 miles
Regular Saturday Route #2
